Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Programs Coordinator to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our programs and projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our program teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of our initiatives.
location: Jos, Plateau State
Post Requirements:
A first degree in any relevant course will be considered
•An advanced degree may be an advantage.
•Minimum of 3-4 year’s relevant work experience in the non-profit sector focused on especially human capital and youth development.
Job Description:
-Programs identification, design, planning and implementation; monitoring and evaluation and end-of-project transitioning.
-Guaranteeing Value for Money throughout Programs cycle, including thorough accurate forecasting; effective monitoring of budgets and expenditures and ensuring periodic submission and review of relevant reports.
•Partnership development and management relevant to Foundation Programs
•High-quality management of Programs Team and Partners
•Effective coordination of all Programs and projects, including strategic management of logical and logistical interdependencies between Programs and projects.
•Coordination of strategic communications and branding critical to amplifying foundation’s Programs and Projects.
