International Day Of The Girl Child https://elbubafoundation.org/international-day-of-the-girl-child/ https://elbubafoundation.org/international-day-of-the-girl-child/#respond Fri, 11 Oct 2024 18:35:11 +0000 https://elbubafoundation.org/?p=463 Today, as we celebrate this year’s International Day of the Girl Child, the Dr. Isa El-Buba Foundation reaffirms its dedication to advocating for the rights and well-being of every girl. Our message is simple: every girl, no matter her background, deserves a life filled with dignity, opportunity, and empowerment.
At the Dr. Isa El-Buba Foundation, we recognize that girls are essential to building a more just, equitable, and prosperous world. Unfortunately, many are still denied fundamental rights such as education, safety, and self-determination. We stand in solidarity with girls everywhere, calling for an end to the discrimination, violence, and inequality that they often face.
Every girl deserves more. She deserves access to quality education that can help her reach her full potential. She deserves to grow up in a safe environment, free from exploitation and harm. She deserves to have her voice heard, her dreams valued, and her choices respected.
On this significant day, we commit to continuing our work to dismantle the barriers that hinder girls from flourishing.
