Last week, our foundation, represented by our Executive Director, Mrs. Deborah El-Buba Atubi, had the privilege of spending an entire week, from February 10th to 15th, attending an intensive training for Christian stakeholders on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV), organized by the Lux Terra Leadership Foundation. This training was a transformative experience, equipping me with deeper insights, practical strategies, and faith-based approaches to addressing SGBV within communities.
The knowledge gained will significantly enhance our work on Gender Justice, strengthening our advocacy efforts, community engagements, and capacity-building initiatives. With these new tools, our organisation is better positioned to mobilize faith leaders, challenge harmful social norms, and drive sustainable change toward a more just and inclusive society.
