• Overview of the housing initiative:
Our housing initiative is a commitment to build a brighter future, one home at a time. Through this endeavor, we aim to provide affordable, eco-friendly two to three-bedroom homes, focusing on disadvantaged communities, thereby playing a significant role in combating homelessness.
• Collaboration with local construction companies and governments:
We pride ourselves on our synergistic approach, working closely with local construction firms and government bodies. This collaboration ensures the homes we construct not only meet but exceed housing regulations, championing the safety and well-being of inhabitants.
• Achievements and projections:
With a determined roadmap, we have laid plans to roll out 1,000 housing units in the inaugural year, intending to scale up to 5,000 units annually. By the end of 2024, we anticipate the completion of the first 1,000 units, signaling our unwavering dedication.
Education
• Role in providing quality education to underprivileged children:
Education forms one of our pillars, with our primary mission being the eradication of educational disparity by providing high-quality learning experiences to underprivileged youth.
• Schools affiliated with the foundation:
Our commitment is evident through schools like the Tanjuriel Elite Star Model Academy (TESMA) and the Eboni International Group of Schools, institutions that embody our educational vision.
• Partnerships with leading technology firms and their impact:
Embracing the digital age, we have fostered partnerships with top technology entities, ensuring our students have cutting-edge digital resources, enriching their learning journey, and providing them with global competencies.
Agriculture
The agriculture programmatic focus per our Human Capital Development Organizational theme focuses on providing trainings, resources, and support for sustainable agriculture and Agri-business to enhance livelihoods, food security, inclusive economic growth, eradicate poverty and provide prosperity for all.
Health
The health programmatic focus per our Human Capital Development Organizational theme revolves around carrying out free medical outreaches, facilitation of free or subsidized medical treatments for the ailing, awarding of scholarship to medical students or for studying medical courses, erecting furnished and equipped health facilities for communities in dire need, provision of medical equipment to existing primary healthcare centers and advocacy for improved quality of, and affordable healthcare.
Digital Transformation
Our digital transformation programmatic focus intersects the governance, mentorship and human capital themes of the Foundation as we provide training, resources, support for, and or development of tech skills and infrastructures for subnational governments and or individuals to harness the economy in the digital and technology ecosystem.
Leadership Mentorship
Recognizing the place of leadership at all levels and spheres, the foundation carries out and supports Faith, Family, Political and Youth Leadership mentorship initiatives relevant to- building the capacity of faith leaders of both religions to be able to guide adherents of their faith to lead purposeful and religiously harmonious lives that promotes mutual trust, understanding, respect as well as socioeconomic development; sustaining healthy relationships, effective parenting, and family cohesion, thereby nurturing a supportive environment for growth and community building through strong family units as the foundation of a thriving society.
Understanding the critical role of effective leadership and responsible governance in driving positive change, this theme also supports, equips encourage and connect youth and aspiring leaders to engage in the civic and political process- contributing to their development and onboarding to deliver the much needed innovative, responsive, transparent and accountable leadership society yearns for.
Critical to these theme is providing technical support to sub-national governments to create Leadership Mentorship platforms and programs in their states that will onboard young people in governance spaces where they’ll contribute to policy research, analysis and development as they learn the rudiments and dynamics of public governance.
Democratic Governance
This theme focuses on advocacy and initiatives relevant to the promotion of human rights, social justice, peace, diversity and inclusion, democratic values and the rule of law to foster democracy and development by standing up for the values of freedom, fairness and responsibility for all, and from all.
The theme also involves provision of policy research and development for national and subnational governments as well as partnering subnational governments, development partners and or other NGOs in providing public services and infrastructures.
